An award winning journalist, Jen transitioned from media to marketing in 2012, leading Minnesota’s largest agency to pioneer a new approach to branded digital content.
In 2018, she opened JBD to more nimbly address client needs, her roster of clients ranging from Fortune 500 businesses to mid-size brands. Jen is passionate about brand voice and tone, value-adding content, and flexible strategic positioning in an ever-evolving digital marketplace.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys outings with her husband Ian (also a creative director) and son Weston, as well as DJing, walks with her bulldog, and thrifting. She collects sunglasses and vintage designer clothing, and it has definitely not gotten out of hand.
